Today is the first day of fall. Any change of season brings in a feeling of renewal and change. This week especially brings significant change into my life as I leave Sony Corp, one of the largest tech companies in the world, as well as my employer for the past four years, to embark out on my own as an independent design consultant.
As the season begins to change, along with my life, I wanted to start wearing clothes that felt warm and cozy, but light enough to keep cool as the temperature here in San Francisco is getting warmer by the minute. Here is a peek - flannel tops and felted skirts are the perfect combination of cozy cool.
For now, I plan use the design skills I have accumulated in order to tackle social issues, to be a voice of the people and for the planet. Finding ways to bridge the gap between technology and humanity, I have many exciting opportunities lined up and cant wait to tell you more about them here.
Today I go on to help usher in San Francisco Fashion Week and learn how local designers interpret fashion in city soaking in technology and endless possibilities. More on that to come.
