What I love about weekend business meetings is that the Bart station is relatively deserted, the streets are less crowded, and the meeting time falls just around cocktail hour. Even though the weather here is still scorching, I couldn't wait to step into my Fall booties, handcrafted in New York by Matt Bernson with the beautiful Vero Cuoio stamp on the bottom. Matching my frames with the reversible handbag from Urban Outfitters balanced out that pop of neon pink. Here are a few snapshots of my journey towards the heart of the city.

After the meeting, my glow-in-the-dark Nooka watch helps me find my way back home, while this low knot is a quick transition into some easy waves when I finally let my hair down.
